• 4 Scoops of quality chocolate protein powder
  • 1 ½ cups of almonds
  • ½ cup of Pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup of Pepitas seeds
  • ¾ cup of walnuts
  • 30 dried dates
  • Water


  1. using a grinder or a food processor, grind the almonds into a rough powder form
  2. chop walnuts and dates roughly
  3. in a mixing bowl place pumpkin seeds, ground almonds, protein powder, chopped walnuts and dates
  4. add water to the mixture gradually, just enough to moisten the mixture into a lumpy mass that holds together solidly
  5. press mixture into a baking tray and sprinkle the pepitas on top and press down lightly
  6. leave to set in the fridge 1hr
  7. slice into portion pieces (suitable for freezing)
  8. ENJOY!!!!

Don’t be afraid to experiment with this recipe, substitute some ingredients – try using oats, pecan nuts, dried apricot, coconut, and sunflower seeds.
