With the heavy smoke haze that is circulating throughout our States, we need to be very cautious as the inhalation of smoke has the possibility of long-term damage to your Lungs.  The smoke has in fact gone as far as New Zealand, where the citizens of that county started to panic thinking there were bush fires near their city.

Try to stay indoors as much as possible.  If you have an air-conditioner, set it to “recycle” to prevent the outside air coming into the house.

To help your breathing even when you are in the house, it is a good idea to put 6 drops of Breathe Easier oil in your vapouriser.

If you really have to go outside, make sure you have a mask firmly across your nose and mouth to prevent the air seeping in.  Even though the masks may be hot and uncomfortable it is worth the effort to protect your future health.
