Phone Consultations
For those unable to visit in person, our phone consultations provide a flexible and convenient alternative. Through these calls, clients can discuss their health issues and receive guidance on incorporating natural remedies and lifestyle changes into their daily routines.

Hair Analysis
Hair analysis can serve as a comprehensive diagnostic tool, delving into the intricate nuances of an individual's health. Beyond a simple examination, it can uncover potential deficiencies in crucial elements like vitamins, minerals and amino acids within the patient's system. Moreover, it may offer invaluable insights into the origins of a patient's health deterioration. Whether it's an inherent genetic predisposition, an undetected viral or bacterial infection or an aftermath of travel related experiences, hair analysis can paint a holistic portrait of the body's internal workings.After you complete your hair analysis purchase, you will taken to the downloads area. Please print the ‘Information Required for Hair Analysis’ form, even if you are an existing patient, to ensure we have all of your current details.
You will need to send us a lock of hair approximately 20 strands of 2.5 cm long (it can be coloured, from the ends, and it must be from your head) in a clean plastic ziplock bag. If you do not have enough hair to supply a sample, you can provide a swab from inside your mouth. Use a clean cotton bud and rub against the inside of your cheek. Place the cotton bud in a clean, clear plastic ziplock bag.

We endeavour to have the report emailed to you within 14 days of receiving the sample. Please check your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folders as well as your ‘Inbox’ regularly, as our report may get filtered by your email provider.
Once the hair or saliva samples are completed, the report and medicine are valid for three months. Included in your hair analysis is a complimentary follow up call with us. Inspired by the pioneering research of Reinholdt Voll in the 1900s, Vega Testing has evolved significantly, incorporating findings from decades of electro-acupuncture research in Germany. Today, Vega Testing aims to pinpoint functional imbalances before they manifest as clinical symptoms, aiding in the detection of deficiencies, evaluating organ health, identifying gut problems and uncovering allergies.
The process is non-invasive and involves the patient holding a rod while a Naturopath probes acupuncture points on the hand. VEGA Testing not only offers insights into health deficiencies but also guides lifestyle adjustments and remedy recommendations, although it is not used as a treatment modality itself.
